When will i get my order?

Denmark:
All orders are shipped via DAO. Orders within Denmark typically be delivered within 1-3 days if the drop is live. If preorder shipment will be 2-4weeks.

EU:
We extend our shipping services to various EU countries through GLS EUROPE. International orders to the EU will typically arrive within 1-7 days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation.

The countries we ship to within the EU include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, and Spain.

How do i track my order?

For preorders: please allow up to two weeks before tracking is provided.

For normal orders: please allow 1-2 days.

 

 

 

How do i return my order?

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
